Prepared for Huse Culinary · Indianapolis

We built the demos.

Four working pieces of software for the house that St. Elmo built: a member app for Huse Honors, a covers and prep console for all eight restaurants, a private dining desk for seven rooms, and a corporate gifting portal for St. Elmo Foods. Open them, tap around, break them.

Don't take our word for it

Try them. Every one is live.

These aren't mockups. Each demo runs in the browser with realistic Huse data: real restaurants, real room capacities, real Honors tiers, real St. Elmo products. Open them on your phone; that's where the guests and the GMs will be.

Huse Honors

huse.hoosai.dev/honors

The loyalty program already has the right bones: Steward, Steakholder, Patron Saint, the Rewards Vault, the name plate. This is the app that makes a guest feel it. One card across all eight restaurants, a phone that pays the check and earns in the same tap, cards that log every visit on their own, a pass that lives in Apple and Google Wallet, and a concierge that knows they hosted six clients in the Rathskeller in May.

  1. iOne card for St. Elmo, Harry & Izzy's, 1933 Lounge and The HC Tavern, with status, points and every visit in one place.
  2. iiRoad to Patron Saint: an engraved name plate fills as visits and points add up, using the program's real tier rules.
  3. iiiBook any of the eight rooms in a few taps; occasions, seating, steak temps and allergies travel with the reservation.
  4. ivTap to pay at the table: hold the phone to the reader, the check is paid, points post instantly and a chosen reward comes off the total.
  5. vCard-linked earning: link a Visa, Mastercard or Amex once and every swipe at a Huse restaurant lands in Honors. No receipts, no phone number at the host stand.
  6. viAn Apple and Google Wallet pass that keeps points, tier and the next table current and rises to the lock screen on arrival.
  7. viiRewards Vault redemptions, early-access event seats, "Tonight at Huse" stories, and a concierge that books straight from its answer.
  8. viii
Production pass: member sign-in, live links to your reservation and POS systems, card-linked offers through the Visa and Mastercard networks, signed Wallet passes with NFC, push reminders, and App Store and Google Play builds.

The Pass

huse.hoosai.dev/pass

St. Elmo is one of the highest-volume restaurants in the country, and a Colts Sunday or a convention week moves the book at every downtown room. The Pass puts all eight restaurants on one screen: covers against forecast as the night runs, what moves the next seven days, the prep pars that follow from it, and the item that's about to be 86'd before the expo has to call it.

  1. iLive covers against forecast for every restaurant, with seated, booked and expected walk-ins by half hour.
  2. iiDemand drivers you can toggle (games, conventions, weather, house events) and watch the seven-day forecast move.
  3. iiiPrep pars computed from forecast covers and each dish's order rate, checked off on the line.
  4. iv86 watch that predicts the run-out time and suggests pulling stock from next door, since St. Elmo and Harry & Izzy's share a block.
  5. vStaffing pace by role, with where to add a server and where to cut early.
  6. viA pre-shift brief the GM reads at lineup, written from tonight's numbers.
  7. vii
Production pass: live POS and reservation feeds, real inventory counts, your scheduling tool, and order rates learned per restaurant over time.

Private events copilot

Parlor

huse.hoosai.dev/events

Holiday party season fills the inbox with "about 40 people, maybe St. Elmo, sometime in December." Parlor reads each inquiry, pulls out what matters, scores all seven private rooms against capacity, location and the calendar, and drafts a reply that already has the room, the package and a fallback when the first choice is taken.

  1. iOne inbox for email, the website form and phone notes taken at the host stand.
  2. iiReads each inquiry and pulls out the guest count, date, style, AV needs and dietary notes.
  3. iiiScores every room against its real seated capacity, the guest's preferred area and the live room calendar.
  4. ivDrafts the reply in the house voice, with a second option when the room they asked for is already booked.
  5. vAn event sheet with the evening's timeline and kitchen counts by course.
  6. viSend places a courtesy hold on the calendar and moves the lead along the pipeline.
  7. vii
Production pass: connected to the events platform and inbox you use today, plus e-signature, deposits and your full menu library.

Corporate gifting storefront

From Our House

huse.hoosai.dev/gifting

"From our house to yours" already describes St. Elmo Foods. This is the version a law firm or a wealth manager can use to send it to 48 clients in one sitting: pick a gift per list, upload the CRM export, let it fix the addresses that would have failed, write the card, and pick a ship day that keeps frozen shrimp out of a weekend warehouse.

  1. iA gift per list: the dinner for top clients, the shrimp cocktail kit for everyone else, gift cards for the team.
  2. iiUpload a CRM export and every row lands on the right list.
  3. iiiAn address fixer that finds missing ZIPs, merges duplicates and swaps frozen gifts headed for PO boxes or Alaska.
  4. ivCard notes by tone, written for each list, with a live preview of the printed card.
  5. vA cold-chain ship calendar: Monday to Wednesday only, with the holiday cutoff marked.
  6. viCorporate volume pricing that computes live as the list changes.
  7. vii
Production pass: connected to the St. Elmo Foods store and fulfillment partner, invoicing on account, and tracking for every box.

Partnership

We invest in the teams we want to build with.

HoosAI is an Indianapolis shop, and Huse Culinary is the kind of house we'd like to be building for over the long haul. That's why we put in the work before the first meeting. For partners like that, we invest alongside you: co-branded work, case-study rights, and reference builds that let other operators see what's possible. The specifics land in the walkthrough, with no fine print.

Co-brandedYour brands lead. We stay in the credits.
Case studyTold together, on your terms.
Reference buildsShown to other operators only with your yes.

Next steps

How we'd get from here to real.

Step 01Walkthrough

We sit down with Craig and the team, open all four demos together, and hear which one would change the most Monday mornings.

Step 02Scope lock

We pick the first build, map the systems it has to talk to (reservations, POS, loyalty, events, the store) and agree on what done looks like.

Step 03Build to launch

We build the real thing with your GMs and events team in the loop, test it in one restaurant, then roll it across the house.

Every guest is a guest of the house.

Let's build the software that treats them that way.
